White & Photo is owned and operated by Dayton native, Lena White (that's me!). I specialize in natural light photography of children and family. My job is to seek out the simplest form of beauty woven throughout our busy lives and turn it into into tangible memories that will take you back to that moment each time your eyes gaze over the photograph. I shoot digital, but love film. I am a fan of the physical photograph vs digital images. I wear many hats, but first and foremost, I am a wife, mother and friend. I am a self-taught photographer with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Wright State University. I equate my life experiences as my most critical education and enrichment; contributing the most to my passion of photography, motherhood and life in general. I have lived in the Manhattan & Brooklyn Boroughs of NY and the Beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. Of course, Dayton is and will always be home to me.
